Our adjustable rate mortgages feature an interest rate that is fixed for an initial period (1, 3 or 5 years), then adjusts to a variable rate that will change periodically, over the remaining life of the loan, based on market conditions. You can choose to finance your loan up to 30 years. Plus, you’ll have the option of choosing No Closing Costs. Our adjustable rate mortgages also include built-in limitations on future interest rate increases for additional protection.
