Unlike other banks, our fixed rate mortgages are originated, approved and serviced locally at our main office on Clinton St. in Watertown. Our rates are always competitive and you can choose the term that works best for you.  We offer 10, 15, 20 and 30 year fixed rate mortgages.

ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES

Our adjustable rate mortgages feature an interest rate that is fixed for an initial period (1, 3 or 5 years), then adjusts to a variable rate that will change periodically, over the remaining life of the loan, based on market conditions. You can choose to finance your loan up to 30 years.  Plus, you’ll have the option of choosing No Closing Costs.  Our adjustable rate mortgages also include built-in limitations on future interest rate increases for additional protection.
